*Areas outside a 10 mile radius of Richfield Springs will be charged a small travel fee of $1.50 per mile.
Each home watch service check will have a travel fee added. For example if you have a bi-monthly check and you live in Herkimer (15 miles) you will have an added charge of $15 per month (two travel fees @ $7.50 each).

- Flush toilets and run water in sinks
- Spot check for mold
- Check for plumbing leaks
- Check for roof leaks
- Check interior & exterior
- Start cars
- Collect mail
- Home check report and photos sent to homeowner
Set up your home watch membership to have a worry-free visit away from home. Memberships rates are as follows:
- Monthly (ONE home check per month for 3+ months) $40 per month
- Bi-Monthly (TWO home checks per month for 3+ months) $80 per month
- Weekly (FOUR home checks per month for 3+ months) $160 per month
- Semi-Weekly (EIGHT home checks per month for 3+ months) $320 per month
Other home watch services are available at an additional cost, such as:
- Water plants: $30 for a special trip or $15 during home check (30 minute maximum watering session)
- Help with moving in or moving out: *ask for pricing
- Waiting services for repairs or installations: $25/hr (1 hour minimum)
- Accepting deliveries: $25/hr (1 hour minimum)
- Grocery shopping for before you arrive home: $25/hr (1 hour minimum)
- Car service from airport to home: $120 round trip from SYR or ALB airports
- Housecleaning prior to arrival: $25/hr (1 hour minimum)
- Pressure washing: $50/hr (1 hour minimum)
- Snow removal: $50/hr (1 hour minimum)
